BUILD TO BURN
Complete 3 different exercises back to back, all focused on one area. One strength, one cardio burst, and one pulse. Get ready to build to a burn as you cycle through multiple muscle groups.
High Intensity Interval Training: 20 seconds on, 10 second rest, repeated for 4 minutes. This class combines both strength, cardio, and core intervals. Get ready to drip sweat!
POWER OF 3
1 minute of a lower body strength exercise, 1 minute of an upper body strength exercise, and a 40 second cardio burst. Repeat this 3 times before moving onto the next set. A great total body workout.
30 second intervals of strength, cardio, and core that will continue to layer on top of each other. Start with exercise 1, and build all the way up to 6.
6 minutes of strength and core exercises, with a new exercise on each minute, followed by 6 minutes of kickboxing combos performed to the beat. Repeat this deadly combo 3 times for the ultimate total body sweat session.
TOTAL BODY STRENGTH
A great way to target each muscle group individually. This class has an emphasis on definition, strength, coordination, and wellbeing.
